Rocket Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, rhythmic, and stimulating yoga practice, inspired by Ashtanga, but with more freedom and creativity. This invigorating course builds strength, stamina, flexibility, and focus.

This practice is generally for people who already have experience in Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga (minimum 6 months), but a good dose of curiosity and energy may be enough to get you started!

Each class is a tonic sequence that focuses on standing postures, hand balances, inversions, core exercises and a movement that is always guided by the breath. Each student is invited to push their limits while cultivating body awareness and an attentive presence. The session ends with a moment of relaxation to integrate the effects of the practice.

Variations are offered throughout the course so that everyone can adapt the practice to their level of energy and experience.
