A regenerating summer getaway combining yoga, meditation and exploration of one of the most beautiful coastlines in France!
Brittany has always held a special place in my heart. I spent countless holidays there, in my father’s region, enjoying the wild ocean, dramatic cliffs, coastal paths, the charm of its stone houses, and the warm welcome of its people. Organising a retreat in this region is my way of sharing that connection with you — an opportunity to experience a summer week shaped by gentle weather, ocean swims, breathtaking coastal walks, picturesque villages, and a unique atmosphere that naturally invites you to slow down.
This yoga retreat is designed to offer you a pause from the pace of everyday life, allowing you to reconnect with nature and your body’s natural rhythm. It is an invitation to live mindfully for a week. Through daily meditation sessions and morning and evening yoga practices, you’ll have the space to recenter, practice with intention, and observe how small adjustments can lead to a deeper sense of balance.
Beyond yoga, you will explore the region (South Finistère), enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals made with local ingredients, and take time to rest, read, swim in the ocean, or simply do whatever you need most. This retreat has been envisioned as a path toward greater calm, clarity, and renewed energy — so you leave feeling lighter, revitalised, and perhaps — you too — in love with Brittany.
The programme offers both consistency and deep restoration. Each morning begins with a 2-hour yoga practice combining meditation, pranayama, asana, mantras, and relaxation — allowing you to start the day with body and mind in alignment. After the practice, we gather for a nourishing brunch prepared by our private chef, followed by free time to rest at the house, enjoy the garden, wander through the village of Plomeur, or head to the beach (just a 5–10 minute drive away). Every other day, a mid-afternoon activity is offered to help you discover the region — whether it’s a coastal hike, a visit to a local site, or an introductory surf session. In the late afternoon, we alternate between a gentler yoga session and focused workshops designed to deepen specific aspects of your practice. In the evening, we share dinner at the house and close the day with a sharing circle or an optional, informal group discussion or activity.

Based in Brussels, Elsa — also known as Yogazaz — is a passionate yogi of Greek and Breton heritage. Having grown up in Brussels, she has always maintained strong ties to both Greece and Brittany, where she regularly visits her father’s family.
She teaches students of all levels, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity in her classes, regardless of body type, gender, age, or background. Certified in vinyasa, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga, as well as in pre/postnatal yoga and menopause support, Elsa is committed to creating a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.
Her teaching focuses on breath, mindfulness, interoception, deep muscle engagement, alignment, and joint mobility. She encourages each person to explore and celebrate their own practice with curiosity and kindness, within a space where you feel both supported and challenged.

The village of Plomeur is located in the Pays Bigouden, in the heart of South Finistère. It is an authentic Breton town, set between countryside and ocean, shaped by a long history dating back to prehistoric times, still visible through its chapels and megalithic sites.
The area is especially known for the famous Pointe de la Torche, a spectacular natural site extending into the Bay of Audierne, renowned for its long sandy beaches and waves that are highly popular with surfers.
More broadly, South Finistère offers wild and luminous landscapes: dunes, cliffs, fishing harbours, and typical villages, with an atmosphere that is both maritime and rural. It is a region appreciated for its preserved nature, its vibrant Breton culture, and its sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.
We will stay at the charming guesthouse “Le Presbytère de Plomeur”, a beautifully renovated former presbytery located in the village of Plomeur. Full of character and history, the house offers a warm and welcoming space for groups.
The house features 5 bedrooms (1 triple room and 4 twin rooms), 2 bathrooms (1 bathtub, 2 showers), and 3 toilets. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a comfortable living room, and a practice space under the roof for our yoga sessions and workshops (which can also take place in the garden if the weather is mild!).
Outside, a large garden offers peaceful corners among the apple trees, the kiwi tree, and a small stream — the perfect setting to unwind and relax.
