1. Disclaimer
You acknowledge that you voluntarily participate in the services/activities offered by Yogazaz (legal entity operating under the name of Elsa Keraudren), and that you therefore engage in physical activities which, like any physical activity, involve a risk of injury.
You hereby certify that you are in good physical condition and that you have not been advised by a qualified health professional to participate, in any way whatsoever, in any of the activities offered by Yogazaz. You certify that there are no health problems or reasons that prevent you from fully participating in the activities organized by Yogazaz.
Although Yogazaz, as well as its legal representative Elsa Keraudren, make every effort to minimize your exposure to any known risks, you acknowledge that Elsa Keraudren is not a certified health professional and that she therefore does not have any medical expertise to i) assess the effects of a specific activity or ii) provide you with detailed medical advice on a health problem.
By participating in courses, workshops or retreats with Yogazaz, you agree that neither you, nor your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will pursue or make any claim against Elsa Keraudren in the event of personal injury, damage/loss of property, or accidental death, whether caused by negligence or not.
Moreover, Elsa Keraudren is not responsible for the safety of your personal effects.
2. General conditions
2.1. General conditions of sale
- Regarding services at the Malibran Neighborhood House:
- All purchases are final. No refunds will be given in the event of a change of mind, move, injury, illness, or other reason.
- Rates may be revised over time to reflect changes in costs and benefits. Increases only apply to new memberships, course cards, single courses, workshops, or events purchased on or after this date.
- All subscriptions (monthly, course cards, single courses, workshops and events) are nominative and non-transferable.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to regularize any unpaid participation in a course, workshop or event organized by Yogazaz. Yogazaz reserves the right to suspend the subscription or the participant's card until regularized.
- Gift cards can be used for courses, workshops, or other products, but cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Registration and purchase from Yogazaz, as well as participation in courses, are reserved for persons over 18 years of age. For minors, the purchase must be made by an adult and prior authorization from Yogazaz is required.
- You should ensure that the information provided when registering is accurate and complete.
- Regarding private lessons: All purchases are final. No refunds will be given in the event of a change of mind, move, injury, illness, or other reason.
- Rates may increase due to inflation.
- Regarding services to businesses/private organizations: All purchases are final. No refunds can be expected, but the session can be rescheduled within 3 months.

2.2. Monthly subscriptions, single courses, course cards, trial courses
- Regarding services at the Malibran Neighborhood House:
- Monthly subscriptions, course cards, single courses, trial classes and access to other events are to be purchased exclusively via the Momoyoga platform.
- A subscription gives access to all regular classes at the Malibran Neighborhood House, but not to workshops or special events.
- The single course is valid for 1 month from the first booked course.
- The trial course is for new participants only and can only be purchased once. Valid for 1 month from the first class booked.
- The 4 and 8 course cards are activated on the date of the first booked class.
- The 4-course card expires strictly 2 months after activation. The 8-course card expires strictly 3 months after activation. No refunds will be given in the event of a change of mind, move, injury, illness, or other reason.
- The monthly subscription gives access to 8 courses per month, activated on the date of the first booked class.
- The reduced rate is reserved for students under 26 years of age or unemployed persons, upon presentation of proof before the start of the course.
- Regarding private lessons : The one-on-one private course is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. The 4-course card is valid for 6 months.
2.3. Booking policy and payment terms
- Regarding services at the Malibran Neighborhood House:
- Payment must be made prior to class.
- Reservation required via Momoyoga, available 14 days in advance: https://www.momoyoga.com/yogazaz/schedule
- Click on “Book” to book a class.
- The “Waiting List” mention gives you the opportunity to join the waiting list in case the course is full.
- A confirmation will be sent to you by email once your place has been reserved for the chosen course. A reminder will be sent to you by email the day before the class.
- Course participants should show up 5 to 10 minutes prior to the start of class.
- Your reservation is valid until the course starts. After the start time, the reservation will be cancelled and the seat can be given to other people present on site.
- Regarding private lessons:
- The course must be booked and confirmed at least 48 hours in advance by email (info@yogazaz.com) or text message. A reminder message will be sent to you the day before the class.
- Payment - for a single course or a private lesson pass - must be made in advance by bank transfer.
- Regarding services to businesses/private organizations:
- The course must be booked and confirmed at least 1 month in advance by email (info@yogazaz.com).
- Invoices for weekly company courses are sent at the end of each month provided. Payment for services must be made within 30 days after the invoice is sent.
- The invoice for any one-off intervention in a company is sent before the scheduled date of the event. Payment for the services provided must be made in advance by bank transfer.
2.4. Cancellation policy
- Regarding services at the Malibran Neighborhood House:
- Please cancel your participation if you are no longer able to come to vacate your seat.
- Cancellations are made via Momoyoga on a computer or via the application, at least 2 hours before the class, or 24 hours before a workshop.
- Cancellations by phone or email are not accepted.
- In case of no-show or late cancellation (less than 2 hours before a class, less than 24 hours before a workshop): the session is invoiced or deducted.
- Being on the waiting list is a commitment. If a seat becomes available 5 minutes before class, it will be automatically allocated to you.
- If you change your schedule and you no longer intend to come to class, remove yourself from the waiting list. Otherwise, you may be registered during the course and this credit will be deducted from your pass or subscription.
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before a group class, and at least 24 hours before a workshop or other one-off event.
- Regarding private lessons:
- Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance by email or SMS.
- In case of late cancellation or if the participant does not show up, the course will be invoiced or deducted from the private lesson pass.
- Regarding services to businesses/private organizations:
- Cancellation at least 72 hours in advance by email or SMS.
- In case of late cancellation (less than 72 hours before the session) or if participants do not show up, the session will be invoiced.
2.5. Suspension policy
- Regarding services at the Malibran Neighborhood House:
- Suspension possible only for medical reasons, with medical proof from a health worker registered in Belgium.
- The request must be sent by email to info@yogazaz.com with the start and end dates of the suspension request.
- Expired memberships or cards will not be extended.
- Regarding private lessons:
- Suspension possible only for medical reasons, with medical proof from a health worker registered in Belgium.
2.6. Other rules
- We are always working to provide the best service to our customers. However, it is possible that we may be required to modify or cancel a scheduled course or session. You will always be notified of these changes as soon as possible.
- Regarding services at the Malibran Neighborhood House:
- In case of cancellation of a course or workshop by Yogazaz, the session will be refunded.
- The classroom at the Malibran Neighborhood House is accessible 15 minutes before the session, and closes 15 minutes later.
- No late entries are allowed after the start of a session. In case of late arrival, the session will not be refunded.
- Elsa Keraudren is not responsible for any loss, theft or material damage that may occur to your personal effects.
- Elsa Keraudren reserves the right to refuse entry to her courses.
- To participate in the class, please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat if you have one.
