Weekly classes

Regular sessions on site or online (45 to 60 minutes). Ideal for setting up a sustainable practice and creating a wellness appointment expected by the teams.

Thematic workshops

Specific formats or cycles around specific themes, such as:

  • Stress management and nervous system regulation

  • Prevention of neck and lower back pain

  • Female well-being, perimenopause and menopause at work

These workshops combine scientific information, body practice, breathing and mindfulness exercises for a concrete understanding of stress-related mechanisms and a better body-mind balance.

Hardware

Need for the company to provide equipment (at least yoga mat, and ideally 2 bricks and a yoga strap per person) or for each employee to bring their own equipment.
