Here I am sharing thoughts, advice and inspirations to support you in your daily life and your practice of Yoga, whether physical, meditative or philosophical.Through these articles, I hope to offer you resources to nourish your Yoga practice but also ways to find inner balance and reconnect with yourself in the most hectic phases of life, and - for women - during transition periods such as pregnancy, post-pregnancy, partum or menopause.
