Join us for a full-day immersive experience dedicated to reconnecting with yourself and others through body awareness, breath, and movement.
At the intersection of mindfulness, somatic yoga, and dance, this multidisciplinary workshop invites you to explore the notions of connection and transition — between mind and body, stillness and movement, self and others.
What is my relationship to my body? What role does the breath play? How does movement arise — and where does it begin? What happens when it meets the movement of others? How can we build trust and connect?
Through a combination of meditation, somatic yoga, and movement practices, we will:
Co-facilitated by three practitioners with complementary approaches — Elsa, Hanna, and Morgan — the day unfolds as a journey: beginning with an inward, individual exploration, gradually opening into connection and co-creation, and closing with an integrative, restorative practice.

Based in Brussels, Elsa — also known as Yogazaz — is a passionate yoga teacher who works with practitioners of all levels through an inclusive and accessible approach, regardless of body type, gender, age, or background.
Trained in vinyasa, rocket, hatha, and yin yoga, as well as pre- and postnatal yoga and menopause yoga, her teaching approach emphasizes body and breath awareness, deep core engagement, alignment, and joint mobility, while inviting each person to explore a movement that feels authentic to them.
With a background in theatre and dance, Elsa encourages students to move beyond aesthetic expectations, making space for curiosity, creativity, and letting go.
Elsa will lead the opening yoga workshop to awaken both mind and body, and the closing yoga session to support the integration of the day’s experience.

Hanna is an artist whose research lies at the intersection of body practices, photography, and writing. Trained in dance from an early age — from ballet to contemporary and modern jazz — she has gradually developed a freer, more somatic and improvisational approach to movement.
Her encounter with Gaga dance, initiated by choreographer Ohad Naharin, marked a turning point in her relationship with the body, which she continues to explore in Brussels through practices such as floorwork, barre au sol, and contact improvisation.
Following surgery on both knees in 2025, Hanna went through a profound period of transformation, moving from immobilization to the relearning of movement. This experience now informs a sensitive approach in which vulnerability, fragility, and bodily awareness hold a central place. She continues this path by training as a yoga teacher in 2026.
Hanna sees movement as a constantly evolving space of exploration — a way to connect with oneself, others, and the world, while embracing one’s limits, transformations, and resources.
In a spirit of openness, care, and ongoing inquiry — far from the stigmas and stereotypes still attached to the body and movement practices — Hanna will co-facilitate with Morgan, guiding you through both personal and collective movement explorations, blending technical and improvisational exercises that are gentle yet dynamic, held with a soft and attentive presence.

Morgan is a dancer and movement teacher, graduated from the Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance in Munich in 2021. She then chose to return to Belgium, where she continues to deepen her practice through various workshops and somatic approaches.
Her research has been shaped by practices such as the Skinner Releasing Technique and Conscious Release, which nurture a sensitive and embodied approach to movement.
Driven by a curiosity to understand the body in depth, she trained in 2024 in the STOTT Pilates method, known for its anatomical precision and structured approach to movement. This training further enriches her work by connecting technique, awareness, and fluidity.
For Morgan, movement goes beyond gesture: it is a way of inhabiting the body, exploring its possibilities, and developing a freer and more conscious relationship with oneself.
Alongside Hanna, she will guide movement exploration practices blending structure and improvisation, inviting each participant to reconnect with their body and move gradually within an inclusive and supportive space.
This day is open to anyone curious about exploring the body in movement — whether you come from a yoga or dance background, or are simply curious.
Whether you are a beginner or experienced, the invitation is the same: to come as you are, with your body, your energy of the moment, and your willingness to explore.
A safe and supportive space will be held throughout the day, allowing everyone to move and evolve at their own pace.

Bring your own yoga mat, a comfortable outfit in which you can move freely, and a bottle of water.
Some explorations may include partner or group work, but nothing is ever imposed. You are always free to adapt, observe, or remain in your own space. Respect for each person’s boundaries is at the heart of the practice.
No prior experience is required. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, the practices will be accessible and adaptable to everyone. The invitation is above all to explore at your own pace, without any pressure to perform.
