This workshop is co-led by Elsa and Astrid, two yoga teachers specialising in prenatal support. Bringing together their complementary approaches and expertise, they will offer expectant mothers a nurturing experience combining yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantra chanting and sound healing to support them throughout pregnancy and help them prepare for birth.
Based in Brussels, Elsa is a yoga teacher and the founder of YOGAZAZ. She has been teaching full-time for six years and specialises in supporting women through prenatal and postnatal yoga, as well as Menopause Yoga. She also teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Rocket Yoga.
Her teaching approach is both educational and compassionate, with a strong focus on mindfulness, breathwork and body awareness. Her practices combine alignment, joint mobility and deep core strengthening to help each person develop a more conscious and confident relationship with their body. Elsa also sees yoga as a valuable tool for supporting women through major life transitions—including pregnancy, postpartum and menopause—helping them navigate these stages with greater calm, awareness and self-confidence.

Astrid discovered yoga in 2010 while living in Shanghai. Initially drawn to the practice as a way to stay balanced and restore her energy amid the city’s intense pace, she quickly developed a passion for yoga and practised almost daily for several years before becoming a teacher.
Her teaching style is dynamic, joyful and calming, with kindness and self-compassion at the heart of the practice. She enjoys creating flows that invite students to move out of their minds and reconnect with their bodies and sensations, sometimes incorporating music and mantra chanting. Trained in prenatal and postnatal yoga in 2017, and again in prenatal yoga in 2018, Astrid also became certified in sound healing in 2021. Through movement, voice and sound vibrations, she supports expectant mothers in cultivating connection, release and deep relaxation.
