Despite recent efforts, (peri)menopause remains a taboo and difficult topic for many women. This life stage raises numerous questions, symptoms are poorly understood, and women often lack support, leaving them feeling misunderstood or unheard. Today, various disciplines offer answers and valuable tools to navigate this period, helping to maintain—or even improve—your health and quality of life.
This event, co-organized with Nicole Couloubaritsis of Galini Yoga, will bring together a group of specialists who, through various workshops, will provide you with a deeper understanding of these changes and introduce tools for self-care in a new and enriching way. There will also be time allocated for discussion and sharing experiences.

Dr. Emmanuelle Renkin, gynecologist and obstetrician, will provide an overview of (peri)menopause and the physiological aspects that characterize these phases. She will also present potential treatments during a Q&A session.

Based in Brussels, Elsa Keraudren is a yoga teacher since 2020, specializing in menopause yoga and pre/postnatal yoga, while also teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Rocket Yoga. Her supportive and instructional approach focuses on mindfulness, breathwork, interoception, core strengthening, alignment, and joint mobility. Elsa views and uses yoga as a way to support women through life's transitional periods—pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause—so that everyone can live their daily life with serenity, mindfulness, and self-confidence.
Workshop: "Regulating emotions, stress, and fatigue during (peri)menopause"
Menopause Yoga, created by Petra Coveney in the UK, is a holistic approach designed to support women during (peri)menopause by providing simple, effective, and accessible tools to navigate this transformative period. It offers a positive and integrative vision of this life stage, viewed not as an end, but as a bio-psycho-socio-spiritual transition toward a profound renewal.
Trained directly by Petra, Elsa will share her "toolkit" and Menopause Yoga techniques that help reduce stress and inflammation, which in turn has a ripple effect on other menopause symptoms such as mood swings, irritability, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and insomnia.
Workshop program: a yoga session (adapted postures, breathing, relaxation, mindfulness) and a supportive, confidential sharing circle.

After 20 years in fashion and real estate, Audrey Jaeger turned to Yoga and Pilates and trained with renowned teachers in India and Europe. Her own experience with perimenopause led her to delve deeper into the challenges of this transitional period and to train in Menopause Yoga with Petra Coveney. Also a certified Buff Bones instructor, she offers safe, tailored exercises to strengthen the body and protect bone health, particularly for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis. Through a personalized and supportive approach, Audrey provides practical tools to regain strength, balance, and serenity, while allowing everyone to progress at their own pace and in complete safety.
"Mobility and Strength for Strong Bones" Workshop
During this workshop, you will learn to incorporate functional movements that support bone health while working on balance and coordination to prevent falls. We will cover exercises that gently mobilize the spine and hips, strengthening the most vulnerable areas. Through these practices, you will be able to strengthen your body safely while developing better body awareness for a more active and confident daily life.

Sophie Girard-Sequeira, menopause doula and Well Woman Yoga Therapist, supports women through the various phases of transition and transformation in their life journey—fertility, matrescence, and (peri)menopause—both through individual sessions and collective spaces and circles.
Sophie will lead the closing circle of the event, designed as a time for integration and sharing our experiences from the day to celebrate and honor the journey we have taken, each in our own way. This circle will feature a mindfulness practice, simple self-reflection rituals, and a Yoga Nidra session, serving as an invitation to honor the different seasons of a woman's life.
This day is designed for anyone looking to better understand perimenopause and menopause, whether you are going through this transition yourself or want to better support a partner, loved one, or patient. This event is open to women already experiencing symptoms, those who wish to prepare for this transition, and men who want to stay informed and accompany their partner or friends.

The cost to attend the day is €140 per person.
Our event will be held at Jardins d’Émergences, located at Rue des Cultivateurs 54, 1040 Etterbeek.
Priority will be given to those who can attend the entire day. If you can only attend part of the day, please contact Nicole at ncouloubaritsis@gmail.com or by phone at +32 485 69 53 05 to discuss potential options.
