Introduction

Curious about Rocket Yoga, but worried it might be too fast, intense or advanced for you? This masterclass offers an opportunity to discover the practice through the original Rocket 1 sequence.

We will maintain the dynamic and energising pace of Rocket while taking more time to explain some of its more challenging postures and transitions. Different variations will be offered, allowing you to explore the sequence according to your own experience and abilities.

You do not need to master every posture to enjoy the practice. The aim is to discover Rocket with curiosity, understand its foundations and approach its different challenges progressively.

Programme

• Discover the origins and fundamental principles of Rocket Yoga

• Practise the Rocket 1 sequence and understand its structure

• Explore different options to make the sequence more accessible

• Break down selected challenging postures and transitions
