Acro Yoga is a practice that combines movement, presence, and cooperation. It invites you to explore the body in a different way, in relation to others, through support, listening, and mutual trust.
This workshop offers an accessible immersion into the fundamentals of the practice, whether you are a complete beginner or already have some experience.
We will take the time to explore the essential foundations for a safe and fluid practice: communication, alignment, stability, and body awareness.
Beyond the poses, Acro Yoga is a human experience—learning to support one another, to adapt, and to grow together in a playful and supportive environment.
During this workshop, we will explore:
The workshop includes variations for all levels, with more advanced options for those who already have some experience and wish to go further.

Elsa has been a yoga teacher and the founder of Yogazaz for over five years, although she first discovered yoga much earlier, in 2011. She has always loved exploring different styles and approaches, and this versatility is reflected in her teaching, which includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin, pre- and postnatal yoga, as well as yoga for menopause.
Through this journey, she has developed an approach to movement and yoga that is centered on body awareness, conscious breathing, nervous system regulation, and the quality of presence in practice.
She discovered Acro Yoga in 2019 at the Brussels Circus School, and has practiced it regularly ever since. She is particularly drawn to its playful nature, and to the way it fosters human connection, non-verbal communication, and trust.

Melody discovered Acro Yoga in 2014 on the beaches of Réunion Island. She was quickly drawn to the combination of movement, trust, and human connection that the practice offers.
After moving to Barcelona, she continued exploring Acro Yoga within a dynamic and inspiring community, which further deepened her passion for the practice and her desire to keep learning.
Now back in Brussels, she shares this practice with great joy alongside the Vinyasa yoga classes she teaches in Boitsfort. She enjoys creating inclusive and supportive spaces where everyone can play, gently challenge themselves, and connect with others.
