By attending all sessions in this cycle, you can gradually experience the following benefits for your mental, emotional, and physical health:

  • Reduction of stress-related symptoms and better management of negative emotions such as anxiety, anger, or sadness
  • Improved sleep quality
  • Enhanced concentration
  • Greater self-esteem and overall life satisfaction
  • Strengthened resilience and ability to cope with challenges
  • Increased self-acceptance and acceptance of others, leading to more fulfilling interpersonal relationships through a more present and attentive attitude
  • Improved physical health through a strengthened immune system and respiratory capacity

Yoga also promotes flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance, and helps strengthen bones and reduce blood pressure.

The Facilitators

Catherine DUTORDOIR, Aliases Authentika, is a clinical psychologist specializing in various approaches such as dynamic sophrology, family and systemic constellations, life storytelling, women’s circles, and art therapy. Her extensive training, as well as her many travels around the world, inspire her work and the way she supports her clients.

Catherine is also passionate about yoga, meditation, and other therapeutic and spiritual practices. She sees life as a journey toward the self, where one continuously seeks greater freedom and awareness. In her view, crises are opportunities for growth, and she believes that we are all in constant evolution. Today, Catherine runs her private practice in Brussels.

With more than 15 years of practice, Elsa Keraudren trained in Vinyasa Yoga (200h) in Brussels in 2019, deepening her understanding of yoga philosophy and its benefits for both body and mind. Since then, she has trained in several other methods and teaches, among others, Hatha Yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, and menopause yoga.

Practicing various sports and daily meditation, Elsa is convinced of the importance of training the mind as much as the body in order to reduce stress and cultivate grounding, confidence, and clarity. Her teaching style is accessible and compassionate, with an emphasis on breath, interoception, deep strengthening, alignment, and mobility.

She adapts her classes to each student and encourages focusing on bodily sensations rather than performance or aesthetics.
