A mindful, balanced and accessible practice
RegisterHatha Yoga is a mindful and balanced practice that emphasizes alignment, breath, and holding postures. It is ideal for developing strength, flexibility, and body awareness at your own pace.
This practice is inclusive and perfectly suited to all practitioners (beginners, seniors, etc.). It is also especially appropriate during pregnancy and postpartum (from a minimum of 6 weeks after birth), as it allows for safe and conscious movement.
Postures are held for longer periods, allowing for greater attention to alignment and the proper engagement of deep muscles — particularly the core and pelvic floor. Hatha Yoga therefore provides an excellent foundation for understanding and mastering yoga postures, and can later support a transition toward more dynamic practices such as Vinyasa or Rocket Vinyasa.
In addition to the physical postures, the practice also includes breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation — essential aspects of yoga that help regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and cultivate a deeper body-mind connection.
