ReserveHatha Yoga is a mindful and balanced practice that focuses on aligning, breathing, and maintaining postures. Ideal for developing strength, flexibility and body awareness, at your own pace.
This practice is inclusive and perfectly adapted to all practitioners (beginners, seniors, etc.). It is also very suitable for pregnancy and postpartum (min. 6 weeks after delivery), as it allows you to move safely and mindfully.
Postures are held for longer, allowing greater attention to the proper alignment and activation of deep muscles—especially the abs and pelvic floor. Hatha is thus an excellent basis for understanding and mastering yoga postures, and eventually moving towards more dynamic practices such as Vinyasa or Rocket Vinyasa.
In addition to physical postures, this practice also includes breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation—key elements of yoga that regulate the nervous system, free the mind, and promote a deeper mind-body connection.
