Yoga for Menopause is a global approach designed to support women during (peri) menopause, by offering them simple, accessible and effective tools to better live this transition period. Inspired by the method developed by Petra Coveney in the United Kingdom, this practice offers a positive and integrative vision of menopause, considered as a stage of transformation and renewal, on a physical, emotional and mental level.

Trained directly with Petra Coveney, Elsa accompanies participants through sessions combining adapted postures, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness, complemented by sharing times and concrete advice for daily life. This practice helps to better understand the changes associated with menopause, to alleviate certain symptoms (stress, hot flashes, fatigue, sleep disorders...) and to cultivate a softer and more trusting relationship with yourself.
