
A holistic approach supporting women through (peri)menopause
Menopause Yoga is a holistic approach designed to support women during (peri)menopause, offering simple, accessible, and effective tools to help them navigate this transitional stage with greater ease. Inspired by the method developed by Petra Coveney in the UK, this practice offers a positive and integrative perspective on menopause, seen as a period of transformation and renewal on physical, emotional, and mental levels.
Trained directly with Petra Coveney, Elsa guides participants through sessions combining adapted postures, breathing techniques, relaxation, and mindfulness, along with moments of sharing and practical advice for everyday life. This practice helps deepen understanding of menopausal changes, ease certain symptoms (stress, hot flushes, fatigue, sleep disturbances, etc.), and cultivate a gentler, more confident relationship with oneself.
