Class description

This gentle and meditative yoga class is open to everyone — beginners, seniors, pregnant women, and postpartum mothers are all welcome. Yin Yoga offers a slow-paced practice focused on deeply stretching the joints and connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia. Unlike more dynamic styles such as Hatha or Vinyasa, Yin emphasizes stillness, surrender, and mindfulness.

Postures are mainly practiced on the floor and held passively for 3 to 5 minutes. This extended hold allows the connective tissues to stretch deeply while the muscles remain relaxed. Throughout the practice, participants are invited to focus on the breath, body awareness, and physical sensations, cultivating patience and acceptance.

Yin Yoga also supports blood circulation, flexibility, and joint mobility. It is a powerful practice for calming the mind, reducing stress and anxiety, and restoring inner balance.
