A fluid and dynamic yoga, in connection with breathing
ReserveVinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and creative practice, where the postures are linked fluidly to the rhythm of the breath. Each session explores movement, coordination, and balance, while strengthening the body and developing mobility.
Vinyasa Yoga is ideal for people who want to move, sweat and refocus, while developing concentration, fluidity and stability, both on the mat and in everyday life.
The course generally starts with a short meditation/refocusing session, breathing exercise, followed by a body warm-up phase (sitting postures and muscle strengthening exercises), and then continues with a series of dynamic postures inspired by a specific theme shared at the beginning of the course (focus on a part of the body, an intention, etc.). The course ends with a stretching phase, followed by a relaxation phase to (re) calm the body and mind.
Different options are always offered so that each student can adapt the practice to their own needs, depending on whether they want to stay in their comfort zone or challenge themselves.
