Class description

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and creative practice in which postures flow seamlessly with the rhythm of the breath. Each class explores movement, coordination, and balance while strengthening the body and improving mobility.

Vinyasa Yoga is ideal for those who want to move, sweat, and reconnect with themselves, while developing focus, fluidity, and stability — both on and off the mat.

Classes generally begin with a short meditation or grounding breathwork practice, followed by a warm-up phase including seated postures and strength-building exercises. The practice then continues with a dynamic sequence of postures inspired by a specific theme introduced at the beginning of class (such as a focus on a part of the body, an intention, etc.). The class ends with stretching and a final relaxation phase to help calm and reset both body and mind.

Different variations are always offered so that each student can adapt the practice to their own needs — whether they prefer to stay within their comfort zone or challenge themselves.
