Prenatal Yoga also offers a space to connect with your baby, soothe the mind and prepare the body and mind for delivery. Accessible during all trimesters of pregnancy, it allows you to move safely, attentively and with kindness.
A woman can start practicing prenatal yoga at any time during her pregnancy and continue until she gives birth, unless otherwise advised by her doctor.
