Prenatal Yoga is a practice specifically designed for pregnancy, supporting women through every stage of this transformative period. Through gentle movements, adapted postures, and a special focus on breath, the practice helps relieve tension, gently strengthen the body, and cultivate presence.
Prenatal Yoga also offers a space to connect with your baby, calm the mind, and prepare both body and mind for childbirth. Accessible throughout all trimesters of pregnancy, it allows you to move safely with awareness and care.
Women can begin practicing Prenatal Yoga at any point during pregnancy and continue until childbirth, unless otherwise advised by their doctor.
